Product introduction
If the cold rolled steel is heated to the annealing temperature, the surface color becomes black due to high temperature contact with air, it is called black annealing; Its surface is black without light treatment; The physical properties become soft, which is convenient for further welding into steel pipes; The common hardness is 57HRB, which can also be reduced to different hardness as required.
The black retreat square tube is a treated A3 square tube, which is designed to prevent the square tube from rusting; When the treated black square tube is welded, it will tear if it is not well treated. Of course, this kind of situation is relatively rare. There are many reasons for tearing, such as water on the surface of the welding matrix, rust on the surface, incorrect selection of welding rod, etc; In terms of performance, it is similar to stainless steel square tube; However, stainless steel looks more high-end, but the cost is much higher.

The factory focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of seamless steel pipes, oil casing processing for oil fields and gas cylinder steel pipe products. It currently has one hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line. The production process of the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line adopts conical perforation, precision pipe rolling and three-roller micro-tension sizing. The production specifications are: Φ50-Φ273mm, wall thickness: 4.5-40mm, and the online equipped ultrasonic flaw detection system, eddy current flaw detection system and other product detection systems have reached the industry leading level.
