This system is an ultrasonic flaw detector, which is suitable for centralized and unified accurate flaw detection of workpieces or sampling inspection of finished products after the completion of production. Automated flaw detection process: the workpiece passes through the automatic loading mechanism, through the roller conveyor, enters the ultrasonic flaw detector, and then enters the discharging system, and at the same time, according to the detection results, the flawed and non-flawed workpieces will be automatically alarmed, labeled, and sorted.
