The company is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of seamless steel pipes, oil casing processing for oil fields and gas cylinder steel pipe products. It currently has one hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line. The production process of the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line adopts conical perforation, precision pipe rolling and three-roller micro-tension sizing. The production specifications are: Φ50-Φ273mm, wall thickness: 4.5-40mm. The company's online equipped ultrasonic flaw detection system, eddy current flaw detection system and other product detection systems have reached the industry leading level.
In 2023, the company obtained a total of 31 authorized patents. In the past three years, the company's annual output value reached 690 million yuan, 870 million yuan, and 990 million yuan respectively, and the R&D investment reached 30 million yuan, 36 million yuan, and 40.68 million yuan respectively. The proportion of R&D has increased year by year, achieving faster development, better corporate benefits, and better development quality.
Wang Xiaochang said that the company's development is inseparable from the door-to-door service and precise guidance of relevant departments in the development zone, especially the Economic Development Department of the Development Zone has established "point-to-point" service personnel for the company to help the company interpret various policies. The company has been shortlisted for the top 100 companies and top 50 manufacturing companies in Liaocheng for many years. It passed the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2021. In April this year, with the help of the Economic Development Department, it was successfully approved as a provincial "specialized and new" enterprise. At the same time, it also passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, as well as the two-in-one management system certification.
